When I was a young child, a bit of a tomboy, I did not appreciate pink. It was a girlie color, and I preferred blue. Blue is still my favorite color, but I have a new appreciation for the color of pink! I lost my mother to breast cancer at the young age of 66 years, and every day I connect with the color pink. Thinking pink means we all keep fighting!!
I think we can all agree that Breast Cancer Awareness is an important thing. Statistics reveal that one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. My purse show themes center on women having fun and laughter and realizing their worth and beauty, so we can appreciate enjoying one another. I invite you to stand with me in the month of October and communicate with your loved ones, men and women, to connect with their bodies in self-examination, get annual exams if over age 40, and eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly and drink lots of water to lower your health risks. Lets conquer this disease together!
In honor of my mother, any one purchasing a PINK PURSE during the month of October just needs to mention this blog, and they will get $10 off their purse and $2 off any PINK wallet!!
